I weigh every day too, I don't really have an official day but Monday is when I fill in my weights for the Bikini Ready challenge so that's probably the best way to do it for now hah
I'm a bit obsessed with weighing myself now, I weigh in every morning, sometimes multiple times a day, but my official weigh day is Sunday. And i've been finding that weighing daily helps me keep track of my body fluctuations to see where i'm going to be at by the end of the week
