Talking I had a TRIFECTA this morning!!!

I hit a few milestones today!!!

#1 I BEAT my goal of losing 10 lbs in May; I've lost 11 (with 1 day left)!

#2 Today makes 10 weeks since I started back to losing weight, and I've lost 27.6 pounds in that 10 weeks!

#3 Most excitingly, I have officially lost all my baby weight + an extra .8 (my son was born December 20th, 2011 -- My 2nd baby).

This all comes at a great time because I just found out yesterday that the pain I've been having in my leg is a high ankle sprain and all I can do is upper body and core, for AT LEAST 2 weeks. It was a huge blow. I totally needed this today.

I hope you all have a wonderful day too!!!! I'll be doing this alllll day!

So exciting! :-) and the trifecta definitely makes up for the injury! Just be careful while you're recuperating from the ankle injury, take enough time to take care of it, and you will be back to your regular exercise in no time Better to lose a little time taking care of one injury than losing a lot of time taking care of multiple!
