I'm chouchoubou, I am a returning member that has been away for the last year and a half. One thing lead to another and I fell completely off the wagon with my weight-loss goals. I'm not really sure where to begin again! I'm trying to get over the fact that I have to lose all the weight that I lost AGAIN. I let work and my other life goals push my fitness goals into a closet somewhere and I've found myself back here at 3FC to help myself and others dig their way back out of the slump! I'm going to go on the scale tomorrow, its been a really long time and I am kind of scared what I'll see because I feel very heavy. What diets are you guys doing? I'm not really sure what to attach first but I'm ready! Any suggestions are welcome!!
