Cathe Friedrich has the best muscle conditioning workouts. Even though she's advanced don't like that scare you. You will definitely have room to grow, but she is challenging. She does have a couple of beginner workouts, but just check out her
website or
youtube to preview. She likes the barbell, but I used dumbbells at first just fine.
Stephanie Vitorino has a great workout called
Body Target 60
Jillian Michael No More Trouble Zones. Yes it is hard, but very good workout. Of course there's 30 day shred and her other workouts that may fit the bill too.
