After briefly seeing 189 twice in the last two months (the last time weeks ago) only to bounce back into the hated 190s plateau, I finally dropped back down again *Whew!* And down to 188 no less.

I feel cautiously safe that I may stay in the 180s now that I have a one-pound cushion. That was my main short-term goal. My next short-term goal will be 181 - the weight I weighed when I got married, and one pound lower than what I had previously dieted to about six months ago. I have a feeling it's going to be a while before I get to that weight. My long-term goal (abs) will probably be reached in the fall (if I just stick to my guns).
On an aside, I'm at work and there's a girl who works here who has a really nice shape and figure. I've noticed that no matter what she wears, she looks good in anything. That's another goal of mine - to look good in whatever I choose to wear.
