I've been eating organic for about ten years now. I started for ethical reasons: I absolutely refuse to eat meat from animals raised on factory farms. Now, it's no sacrifice at all. I mean, I am actually repelled by the thought of eating regular factory-farmed meat, so when I dine out, I eat a meatless dish or some sort of seafood.
I try to eat mostly organic fruits & veggies, but if they're not available, I'll buy conventional rather than not eat it.
I can't tell you whether it has made any difference in my health or my metabolism, but I'm going to continue eating organic as long as I can afford to.
