Default Anyone going the organic/wholefoods path?

Just started replacing my regular stuff with wholemeal and organic wherever possible, and cutting out chemical-ridden things like soft drinks - even diet ones. Popping a multvitamin and some green tea (actual tea, not pills) as well. Hoping the better nutrition will improve my fitness and metabolism, and will help me lose weight easier as a knock-on effect. Who else is having a go at this? Even if it doesn't help the weight loss, it's a better way to eat!

I've been eating organic for about ten years now. I started for ethical reasons: I absolutely refuse to eat meat from animals raised on factory farms. Now, it's no sacrifice at all. I mean, I am actually repelled by the thought of eating regular factory-farmed meat, so when I dine out, I eat a meatless dish or some sort of seafood.

I try to eat mostly organic fruits & veggies, but if they're not available, I'll buy conventional rather than not eat it.

I can't tell you whether it has made any difference in my health or my metabolism, but I'm going to continue eating organic as long as I can afford to.

Not so much organic, but whole and seasonal as much as possible. I went to my local farmer and bought 60 eggs just the other day!
