Hello Ladies! Another newbie looking to join the bunch. I started my weight loss back on the 17th of April and have lost over 30lbs with just healthy eating, drinking lots of water and moderate exercise.
I'm 21 and I have no friends that are going through a similar thing, so its a bit hard to go to them for support sometimes when theyre all twigs already!
This site looks like its great for tips, motivation, and sharing issues with, and I hope I can fit in
