Well, this morning I weighed 167.2! I can't believe it. I was really, really hoping to be out of the 170's this week, and I would have been stoked with 169.9 even, but this feels SO much better because it feels like I am securely in the 160's and I really may never be in the 170's again!
This also marks over
10 lbs lost for me! AND I am over
1/4 of the way to my goal weight! (7 more pounds and I will be halfway!)
I peeked yesterday afternoon and I weighed 168.4, after breakfast, etc... I was so nervous about my weigh-in today after I saw that number. I briefly considered not working out yesterday in case my sore muscles would cause me to retain a bunch of water and put me back in the 170's... but it looks like I was worried for nothing. Whew!
Anyway, I just wanted to share reaching my mini-goal and say thanks to everyone on these boards! I have been trying to lose weight since October 2011, but I've only been on the boards for the last month and my progress since I joined has been amazing! Thank you to everyone here for all the inspiration and support, you are all making SUCH a big difference in my journey
