I was brought to this forum after a quick Googling for a gym buddy in the Cardiff area... I looked over a few threads and thought I'd sign up, try my luck.
(as you can probably tell, my sleeping pattern is completely out of whack at the moment, haha!)
I'm looking to join the Pure Gym near central station, since I don't live IN Cardiff but PG is the most complete gym that's easy for me to get to from the train station.
At the moment I'm just working out at home, but a lack of equipment and space -- and quite often a lack of motivation due to working out alone for so long -- means I'm finding it VERY hard to shift my last few extra 20-or-so lbs. Doubly so when the weather is awful and I have nowhere safe to run.
Male or female, experienced or inexperienced, it doesn't matter, and age isn't a factor either... I'm not super fit, but that's the goal!
I'm planning on going at least 3 times a week, hopefully on strength days, days of the week & times being completely flexible as long as they coincide with the train schedule.
