Newbie Here...
I'm new to this site. Just thought I would introduce myself.
I'm single, living in Alabama, originally from Michigan. I'm currently on a nutrition program to loss weight. Have done really well so far and I'm actually eating REAL FOOD. It's basically a lean protein, low fat, low carb plan.
Looking forward to reading all the information and I'm definitely looking for some new recipes. My biggest problem is the food plan does not include cheese... I love it... but willing to give it up to get rid of this weight.
Any tips, references or suggestions for recipes would be greatly appreciated!!
