Hi everybody!!! :-) New here...
And excited I found this! A little back history of myself...
Ive always been overweight. There was a period in my life where I wasnt"thin" but curvy and I loved it! Well, to make a loooong story short,I went thru some tragedy,put myself thru night school,found a great career...and about 150lbs to go with it!!! Ive been stuck between 275-295 for the last few years.
yesterday my feet started hurting. Im not used to this! My skin feels tight over my body. I feel like Im smothering by my weight. I feel like a huge blobby monster. I dont want to feel this way anymore!!!
Im starting to do the WW points system,Im going to start walking. Im going to start out slow because I dont want to 1)burn myself out on it, and 2)dont want to die of a heartattack! Lol
I have a 9 year old son who has already lost his dad. He cant lose his mom too. Plus, I wanna show everybody that doubted I could lose the weight HA HA SUCKAS!!!! Just gotta keep it up. DISCIPLINE AND SELF CONTROL ARE MY FRIENDS!!!! I think this is a good first step.
