Hi everyone

My name is Shaina. I am 25 and just signed up to this forum. I use one to keep up with networking for my job every day and figured there had to be a great one to share my weight loss experience on as well. I have been single for the last three years and I am the main provider to my beautiful five year old girl. After she was born I admit I let myself go and I am nowhere near my pre baby body! Dating has not slowed by any means due to my body type, but I am not as comfortable with myself as I know I could be!! It wasn't too long ago that I found myself at 213 pounds and was disgusted by it!! I have recently been struck by amazing motivation! Last time I weighed in was Wednesday the 2nd at 201 pounds. My first goal is to finally be back under 200 pounds! I am eating so healthy, walking twice a day and working out in my gym at my apartment in the evenings. Just last week I dropped seven pounds and I can not wait to keep watching the pounds shed and share and learn from you all!!
