Hi everyone! I've been lurking for a long time but am finally coming out to introduce myself! I've been on a weight loss journey for about 5 years. To date I've lost about half of my body weight! Right now I'm struggling working on maintaining my weight. Losing it is hard. but maintaining it is also REALLY hard! So i am looking for new support and motivation to keep up the healthy changes!
Check out the maintainers section of this forum, more kick-butt girls like you there that have attained their goal, and are working hard on maintaining it. You can do it! Congrats on your amazing weight loss by the way, you are an inspiration!!
