Thanks for the encouragement! I count calories so I am starting to do that again today. I am going to try starting out a little easier this time (aiming for 1 lb / week, rather than 1.5, which is what I did last time) so I don't get discouraged and quit.
I bought my first road bike about a week ago, and it's Bike to Work Month (I only live about 2 miles from the office), and I am planning to ride to work every weekday this month, weather permitting! Last week was a great start; now I have to eat better too!!
