Default used to be good at losing

Hi everyone, I am a super newbie ... I'm having a lot of trouble losing about ten pounds. I'm a little over 40, 5'1, and I weigh 130. I've struggled with weight my whole life but I've never gone past 140 and I usually maintain about 115-120. Lately I just cannot make the needle on the scale budge. I've tried all my old ways of losing that always worked so well (basically just healthy eating). I work out-- rigorous cardio 45-60 minutes six times a week. Recently I cut all sugar (ALL sugar) and meat out of my diet. At the same time I cut calories a lot and I have only been eating a real meal at dinner (vegetarian). I've done this for four weeks and I have not lost a single pound. I'm very frustrated to say the least ... and hungry! I read that maybe I have restricted my calories too much. But frankly I have been wrestling with my food so much that I really have no idea what I should be eating, or how much.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
