I've had my ID packets, salad, veggies, water, vitamins, and 2 egg whites. Hungrily waiting for dinner. I thought I was not supposed to be hungry on this diet??
I just finished my third week on IP. I JUST stopped being extremely hungry about a week ago. The first two weeks were extremely difficult, I was STARVED all the time and wondering the same thing. It DOES pass! Keep going!
I was really hungry on the IP diet and still have days when I am starving. I find it has to do with what packets I am eating and when. If I have the packets that are only 90 calories, I am hungry if I have too many of the lower ones. I found that having the sea salt crisps for an additional IP snack really helped me out. I get worried though sometimes if that is why I am not losing as fast as I would like. I can't....or don't want to give up the mint chocolate bar at night. I love those so will plug away and try to be though this plateau.
