Question McDonalds oats

I want something similar to the oat mixture they put on top of McDonlad's fruit parfaits. Can you tell me what to buy? I know it isn't just oats...but I don't know what else it is. Grapenuts on my yogart isn't the same. Thanks!

Well, now that you put it that way-Yuck! I will have to figure something out on my own that is a bit more shall we say "natural".

I've found that regular granola works well for me. If you're interested, here is a great "clone" of the popular fruit and yogurt parfait:

Ya know, I was getting addicted to those McD's yogurt parfaits myself. I am glad they came out with the snack size portion though because the regular serving is quite a bit much and probably packs more cals than I need in a 'snack' . I prefer to leave the 'granola' topping off for the sake of saving on fat cals.

Anyway, to save me time and money, I started going to the supermarket and buying my own plain or vanilla ff yogurt and a bag of frozen mized berries--my choice is usually a 3 berry medley you can get @ Costco with frozen blueberries, marion berries and raspberries w/just a tad of sugar in the process. A Dannon Light & Fit 6 oz cup of ff yogurt has just 90 cals while a cup of berries has only 70 cals, no fat in either. If I want I can buy any flavor variety of yogurt or berries, not just stick to plain or vanilla. My current fav is the Lemon Chiffon (?) yogurt w/blueberries. You get a lot of snack for minimal cals (160) and no fat. Cool!
