I had the BodyGem test to determine my RMR it was 1280. I would be happy to lose 1 pound a week but I have been trying for 4 weeks and have not lost a pound or inches. I work out 4x a week. 30-40 min of cardio and light weights/upper & lower body alternate days. Keeping my eye on calories and try go get as close as I can. Based on these number 1536-No Exercise 1760 Moder. Exercise will still bring me to 1036/1260. Help! Anyone have any ideas I can either be eating to little or too much?
Multiply your RMR by the appropriate activity factor:
If you are sedentary RMR X 1.2
(little or no activity)
If you are slightly active RMR X 1.375
If you are moderately active RMR X 1.55
(moderate exercise/sports
3-5 times a week)
If you are very active RMR X 1.725
