Default Question about deli meat

I bought some deli meat and rf cheese for a quick lunch I can take to work. How many roll ups are allowed?? They are boars head low sodium ham and rf Swiss cheese. TIA!

Depends on how big they are...my husband always gets thick cut and it tends to be large, so I only have one. The thinner or smaller I'll have two. Lots of variations! (maybe split a cheese stick for portion control?)

I would allow myself 4 ounces of meat if it were turkey breast or roast beef, and less if it were ham; and one or two slices of cheese, and fill em with some lettuce, onion, etc. to make it fuller.

Not sure of the exact 'allowance' .

I too go by the 3-4 oz rule if I am eating it as a lunch. For a snack, a slice or two around a cheese stick with mustard.

I usually do the lettuce wraps. I tend to like plain things with the deli/cheese meat, but the lettuce helps fill you up.
