Default Yoplait yogurt?

Does anyone eat the fat free yoplait yogurt on their diet? They have alot of flavors and some are really good. I was just wondering if this was the best choice for yogurt? I need some kind of flavor, plain is just gross. They have 110 calories, but sugar is 15g and carbs 20. I didn't know if it was worth the 110 total calories.

I used to eat the yoplaits too just because it's so yummy, but now, I eat the Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt. I know it's plain, but I usually add my own sweetener. You could use a packet of Splenda or you could choose something like Stevia. I like Z Sweet because it's zero calories, all natural and tastes a lot more like sugar to me than Stevia. But, sometimes I do use Splenda. I then add a bunch of cinnamon and it ends up tasting incredible. It has 90 calories, 7 grams of carbs (if you're counting those), 7 grams of sugar and 15 grams of protein. I love that it has more protein. I sometimes add some cheesecake flavor jello pudding (sugar free) and it only takes a little bit and really has that cheesecake consistency for me. Someone on this board recommended it so if I get an urge for cheesecake, that's what I do.

Yoplait & most big brand yogurts are just too sweet for me now. I too like Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt. I add stuff to sweeten it. PB2 or some protein powder & fruit or sweetner & some starbucks Via when I am craving coffee ice cream.

I eat 1/2 cup of plain whole yogurt and add my own sweetener. The yogurt alone is 85 calories and 6 carbs. I add real maple syrup but that's just me. You could add something like stevia that doesn't tack on additional calories and carbs.

Yep, eat it every day. I actually will buy yoplait over some of the other ones, because I LOVE the thick and creamy ones. They don't even taste fat free.

Let me add another vote for plain yogurt, especially Greek. You can add your own sweetener and even buy natural food flavorings to add (like you'd normally use in baking). I add some stevia and lemon flavor to my Fage, and it's delicious lemon yogurt with no added sugar and higher protein than regular yogurt.

I used to eat them... but they have so much sugar!! It's ridiculous!

Now I eat plain greek yogurt with fruit in it. The fruit is sweet enough and doesn't taste all artificial and gross. Full fat, too. I'd rather have the fat than the corn syrup!

they are too sweet for me too...all the flavors sorta taste the same to me, none of them taste like the dessert they are named after, just sickeningly sweet. funny, fage yogurt is more like a dessert to me since it's so thick and creamy.

I'd like to add that sometimes I use Fage yogurt instead of sour cream, so it can be savory too.

I switched to the Kroger Carbmaster yogurt or the Dannon low carb ones. I went through a greek yogurt phase, but it's expensive - and honestly, I just preferred the other . Good luck - I do wish they'd have more American-style yogurt with less sugar!

Another here for Greek. I made the switch a couple of months ago. I love that I am more full now!

I love the full fat greek yogurt. I don't eat it often because I hate what dairy does to my skin (acne breakouts) but the yogurt is good. I sweeten it with some molasses and fruit.
