  • Welcome to the newest segment of 10 days in the lifeboat.

Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support.

So what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry.

SUCCESS IS A CHOICE - CHOOSE IT
  • I was up early and started this new segment.

My goal this time around is to stay POP and NOT go way over my WW daily points, and to get in 64 oz. of fluids every day.

POP - day 8 as of yesterdays success.
  • I really need to get more exercise in. My goal is some form of exercise 6 days a week. Keep my calories at 1200 for another 2 weeks. Drink drink drink water!
  • Thanks Judy for taking care of the new cruises.

My goal is to keep this focus I have with both food and exercise. Work on meeting my points goals and exercising for at least an hour 5 times/week.

We leave on our 20th anniversary cruise next Friday - don't want to come home with extra pounds to lose AGAIN.
  • Goals:

    1. Not go over WW points using allowance points as needed.
    2. To exercise 5 times per week for half an hour to an hour.
    3. To journal all food.
    4. To only WI once per week at my scheduled time.
    5. To stay positive while analyzing results realistically and honestly.
  • Adding another buoy. WI was awesome for me - down 3.5 lbs.
  • WooHoo Carol! I added the buoy for you. Congrat's on the nice loss.

I felt some spray yesterday but came to the end of the day just fine.
  • Used some of my weekly points at a banquet last night. Head is still in the right place. Another buoy please and thank you!
  • Nice dry day yesterday.
  • I ate too much today but did physical labor for a solid 6 hours so Im not too awfully guilty feeling.
  • Dry and stringing buoys on the tow rope.
  • Ended up staying dry. I am down 1.8 as of this morning at WI. So off for another dry ride in this boat.
Stay dry everybody but if you get wet just dry off and start again.
  • Great job Plucky!

Dry day for me yesterday - was able to get back to the pool for a 75 minute swim. Felt so good. Then lots of yard work - more of the same today.
  • Dry day yesterday - woohoo!
  • Busy work week again last week. The weekend was crazy! I worked 12-14 hour days, BUT I did run around and get plenty of exercise. I didn't get enough water, and a few of my meals were grab and go. We will see what effect it had at WI tomorrow!

Back to tracking and drinking today. I am also going to let my body and sore muscles rest and relax
