I got sprayed too. Well maybe soaked today. I used all my weekly points but no more. So plan to stay dry by only using daily points. I do not use activity points. I have been walking and am off to the pool tomorrow.

So dry, dry, dry for the rest of the week.

Yesterday was a dry day for me! Down 1.4 at WI today - life is good and I plan to stay on track

I'm terrible about checking in lately, sorry. My plans are going to have to stay the same as always until I can get rid of this sinus infection, because cutting down calories or exercising more makes it worse. So far I've been OP this 10 days, but OP basically just maintains my weight, I can't lose anything on it.

Was OP yesterday and I even began working out. My son and I are doing C25K - the conservative one ... but it's better than nothing!

dgramieI love eating healthy too, most of the time.

texscrapperC25K sounds interesting. Is that running, walking, biking? Please share more.

Hiya boaters,

I've been swimming beside you all. The coast guard lifted me into the boat today. Stress eating has been my bane all week. Then.. just to top it all off TOM showed up EARLY! oiy.My eyes have been bothering me too and I need to head to the doctor's office.
