Lightbulb Seeking ideas/tips on better nutrition for busy days!

Hello! I'm seeking ideas and tips for greatly improving my diet. I am a university student with a full course load and a part time job, and too frequently, eating is such an inconvenience that I just can't do it! Some days, I will have one meal, other days will see three meals, and yet other days, I'll live on yogurt, an apple and a granola bar and that's it. I'm not very good at cooking (and don't quite have access to a full kitchen), so I feel that my options are severely limited.

I am trying to get my nutrition back on track so I can become healthier. I take vitamins, but its definitely not enough!

Can you recommend any quick-fix meal ideas that are great for on-the-go and are great for the body? What are your favorite work-day lunches? What kind of vitamin-and-nutrient packed goodies do you place in your childrens' lunch box?

I'm very interested in what ideas this community has and are willing to share. Some of the websites I've found just don't have the kind of recipes I'm looking for.

Thank you so much in advance for any advice you may be able to give me!

If you have a blender, you can make up green smoothies from pre-packaged spinach, a bit of apple or banana and whatever other greens or flax seed, etc. you may have. It's quick and really pretty good for you - as long as they are not too sweet.

Oh, thanks for the idea, Exhale! That does sound pretty tasty and sounds super quick! I bet changing up the veggies now and again could add some variety too.
