When you lose weight, your routine that worked before might not continue to work. You have to reassess your daily caloric expenditure, because you are smaller and won't burn the same amount. Which, as a result, means you might have to eat less, too. You probably will also need to up your exercise and change it around, because your body gets very used to doing certain things over and over and adjusts to become more efficient. Our bodies are designed for hardship, not industrialized living (and eating!) As an example, using an online BMR calculator, at 30 yrs old (don't know your age), a 5 ft 150 pound woman burns 1441 k/cal per day, and a 130 lb woman burns 1354. There is an 87 calorie difference, which may not be much, but I guarantee your body notices, and over time, any extras add up. Of course, this is BMR and not total calories per day burned. If you have a sedentary job, you will not burn as much as someone who is an aerobics instructor or a landscaper or roofer. So it's all relative. If you post your entries from your food journal and what you do for exercise, the ladies (and gentlemen) can probably help you tweak it a bit so you can get back to losing. Best wishes, and stick around, because this place is very motivating!
