Default NSVs you hope to achieve along the way

Mine right now is being able to walk up stairs without being winded at the end. Whats yours?

I want to be able to run a 10 minute mile, right now it's like about a 15 minute mile (maybe 14 on a good day). And I want to be able to do a pull up! I've always wanted to do that.

I long for the day when chub rub is no longer a problem. I wear dresses and skirts 90% of the time and simply wear shorts underneath so as to avoid the discomfort, but I'd love to not to have to.

I'm hoping to be ready to enter a triathlon in October. Canoe/Bike/Run

I am looking forward to losing the thunder thighs and back fat.

I kind of want to wear a bikini someday.

Yup, no chub rub. It'll be tough, I gain on the inside of my thighs more than the outside, but it can happen if I get trim enough.

I got my first 2 NSV's this week!
On the weekend, I got my first "hey, you've lost weight!" comment.
And today, I was able to wear a pair of pants that I couldn't get into two and a half months ago. I'm feeling pretty good!
I also want to be able to run a mile, fit into my "thin" clothes again, especially this pair of capris that I love and miss dearly, and be able to go up the stairs without being out of breath.

This. I got there last time I lost, and I really would like to get there again. I'm so tired of spandex under my skirts.

I want to be able to shop in the regular section of the stores, not to get shooed away to the plus sizes.

I also want to be able to cross my legs.

For those with the chub rub (it's a problem for me even when I'm pretty thin), Bodyglide anti-chafe balm is a miracle product. I first started using it while long distance running, but it worked so well that I ended up using it so that I could wear skirts without shorts underneath in the summer.

Climb the CN tower (in Toronto) in under 30 minutes this fall.

THIS. My thighs haven't caught up to the rest of my body yet unfortunately..

I want to run in a Marathon
I want to be the one who has a body my friends envy...not a number on a scale but actually looking fit
I want to wear size 10 clothes...in a 12 now so almost there =D

Yes indeed! I use chamois cream for rub in hot weather, or spandex. Fortunately I have lost enough weight now that unless there are major mitigating circumstances I can wear skirts daily (my general preference) and feel fine. But hot, humid weather or exercise still creates chafing. Such is life!

I want to be able to cross my legs comfortably. I sit "like a guy" now with the foot on the knee thing. I'd also like to be able to wear a bikini and a minidress. I have my fingers crossed for hitting my goal in December so I can go clubbing for my 18th birthday.

I want exercise to become a routine, not a chore. Eventually that will happen, just counting down the days/weeks until im like "YES IM GOING TO THE GYM"... not "crap, I have to go to the gym". Spring is almost here which means lots of hiking in the mountains!

NSV's I'm looking forward to:

1. No more double chin!

2. That fat pooch thing on the back of my arm (upper elbow pad) GONE! I despise that thing!!

3. Fitting back into all my old 16's! (and then donating them all when I go down another size! I'm close!!)

4. More shapely/sexy legs. I used to have great legs but the heavier I got, the weirder the fat seemed to concentrate on them and there are some bulges in places there shouldn't be I'm looking forward to losing.

5. People noticing. I've been "maintaining" my first 60lb loss for over a year and now that I'm back on the wagon and ready to take the rest off, I can't wait for people to really notice. Vain? Maybe.
