Talking Hello everyone.

Not quite sure how to start this off really....

This is my first time joining a weight loss forum, I found it through google. Anyhow I am a 27 year old female on a mission to lose weight. I used to be pretty fit at 120 lbs, unfortunately I let my self go. I first decided to lose weight when I found it hard to breathe and could feel my blood pressure rising. Then I weighed myself and my goodness!! I didn't think I had gained so much weight over the years, apparently I was wrong lol.

I calculated my calories, my intake is about 200 lower than needed at 1400. This gives me an extra 200 calories for the days I drop the ball if I do. I suppose I thought to implement a safety net of sorts. My diet consists of lean meats, fruits, nuts, vegetables, moderate fat and low carbs.

I will be training on an Indo board for exercise, as I used to skate board. I started gaining weight after I stopped skateboarding, and well let's face it.... I'm not going to be able to skate like I used to at 200 lbs. I chose the Indo board because it's fun, and my biggest fault in exercise is I stop/become unmotivated if it isn't fun.

To be honest I'm not sure I'm even doing this right lol, but I think if anything I am on the right track. Hopefully I can get support, pointers and advice here.

Sorry all for the long post.

That wasn't long at all and it's good to see you have things all planned out! I'm still working on my plan. I know my calorie count and I do my best to stay within it! Having an exercise plan is awesome!
