Default stumbled upon a way to satisfy chocolate cravings for 70 calories per serving

I was dying for something chocolate last night but almost out of calories for the day. I found a package of fat-free sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix and decided since I didn't have milk handy I'd just use the light soymilk I had in the fridge. After I mixed it up, I read the directions that state if you use soymilk it will not set up. Oops! So I got 4 little tupperware cups, put 1/2c. serving in each, put in a plastic spoon in each and froze them. It was delicious, and for only 35 calories for the dry mix plus 35 calories for 1/2c. light soymilk, they were guilt free. Little homemade chocolate fudge pudding pops! Just thought I'd share. Has anyone else stumbled upon a "happy accident" like that?

That sounds good! When I'm joneing for chocolate I eat a 1/2 a square of Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Squares. It's 70 calories and it takes a long time to eat it. OR I'll scarf down 48 Toll House Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips = 70 calories. It doesn't happen often that I need a fix but when I do watch out. LOL

That sounds great and I have both of those sitting at home. I'll have to give it a try!
