Hi All,
I just wanted to share that, although I've been ping ponging between the same two pounds for about 2 weeks, I'm so proud of myself for the healthy changes I've made! I've been eating healthy, whole foods only when I'm hungry, and I've started a regular weight lifting routine both independently and with a trainer. I just wanted to give everyone who feels good today a chance to celebrate their vicories!
