Hi All 3FCs!!!
Your website sorta jumped at me while I was looking for some support to help me get back to losing weight. Yes, I had my skinny days, used to have that "My Body Is A Temple" thing going on, used to be in Polynesian Dance, athletic when I had a chance. But after high school, 2 boyfriends, and 2 beautiful girls to follow... my diet hit the dirt road. I started not caring because I had no time to think about myself anymore. Now that I have my dear ma back in my life, she's definitely did more than her share with taking care of kids and helping out leaving me with not doing much after I get back from work. And you know how mom's can get, they'll feed you till you can't eat anymore.
So just a few minutes ago I was depressing again about my weight, searching endlessly on the net to see if someone came up with that miracle pill that you pop in and a whole new self pops out of my jiggly body. But here I am, to the next best thing to get me started on the old fashioned Do It Yourself project. Ahh yess... SUPPORT/ Motivation.... I can hear it now...

No one has come up with that miracle pill. Glad you're doing it the old fashioned way. Do you have any plans in mind as to how you're going to go about losing the weight?
Welcome i also am new and love this place it is so supportive and my motivation not only comes from the people here but comes from the goal and mini goal pictures . I love to see them it completely motivates me to keep going and to remind me that I will be in them spots as soom as I can ! We are all here to help you in any way we can just leave a post .

I would like to Thank EVERYONE for the warm welcome! I've been reading around and haven't quite found one that can fit into my work and home schedule. since I work crazy hours and then come home to a full family (My ma, boyfriend, my 2 girls, his girl and boy) it's hard to maintain a healthy eating style or any exercise plan. I'm always constantly shoving things in my mouth any time I can (which I know is not the best thing to do) But GUESS WHAT?! Today is PAYDAY . I'm going to get my gear today (and most likely procrastinate to start the workouts tomorrow).
Ingredients:
Oxyelite Pro *referred by a loyal user (one of my friend use to work in a local GNC and lives by it.) *Dont worry, my doc says it's ok to take supplements to help out, Just don't take advantage and to come back for regular check ups.
(He says I'm as near as healthy as a horse, just with a little more cush)
Running Shoes!
Earphones!
Lots of water!
... One thing I haven't gotten ready is a meal plan. *still waiting for my appt to see a nutritionalist. My diet usually contains White rice and Hearty meat (but I know that is about to change a bit) . So I just need to find out what I have to eat.
So what do you guys think? Right start? If not, I'm so open for Advice and your Opinion... that's why I am here
Be careful with that Oxyelite! I take RX Caffeine, for a condition I have, and I once tried one of my friends Oxyelites (to stupidly try to prove a point that uppers don't effect me) and I couldn't sleep until 6am!!! I took it at 11 in the morning! That stuff is ROUGH.
Unfortunately, there is no miracle solution... but if you just keep on trudging, you'll get there!!!

Something I definitely will keep in mind! Thanks! Your pictures are amazing BTW! I think I'll see how it goes with just the diet and exercise first. I think the pills can wait a bit. Im still hesitant too about it anyways.

Hey ! Im new also and know what your going threw I also work crazy hours and have a son, so him always wanting pizza and chicken nuggets does not help ! you have the right mindset just take it a little at a time things will become easier once you have a routine if you need some support I'm here !
