Default I'm on my way!

I am currently doing WW at home. I am doing to old points program as that is the information that I have. I have done WW in the past but this time something is defferent. It just feels right and is going so good. I have been doing WW for 2 weeks and the first week I lost 10.6 lbs and I weighed this morning and have lost 2.4 lbs this week. I was hoping for a larger lose this week but I'm happy with the total lose of 13 lbs. I am on my way to a better healthier me!!!!!

Congrats on your loses so far! Don't set yourself up for disappointment by hoping for larger numbers, that first week is by no means a normal loss. I've been on WW for awhile and have never had a loss that big just to put it in perspective and I started off almost at the same weight (274)
I've found that making small goals for myself is helpful. Right now I'm aiming for the next 10% of my body weight.

Congrats on your weight loss !!! always remember that the first week is usually your best thats when your body is detoxing from all your bad habits and most lose big numbers that week , most drs will tell you a normal weight loss is between1- 2lbs a wk this is so your body losses it naturally and you have a better chance of keeping it off. My saying is any loss is better thatn a gain and if it feels right it mus tbe right keep up the great wor 13lbs is amazing and cnt wait to see more from you.

Thanks ladies

i do know that the normal weigh lose is 1-2 lbs per week and I am happy with that. Any lose is a great thing!! And i am very motivated this time and I dont know why but it feels great. My daughter came home this weekend and baked a cake but I have not eaten any and I am so proud of that. And so is all my family.

wow ! WW is a good program to follow.How many points do you get?It's differnt now with the points.That makes it hard to find the right points online.Some of us try to follow old points too.i like their frozen meals alot

I get 27-33 points per day but have trouble eating all of them. I usually find myself eating skinny cow ice cream at night to get to the 28 points. I have a kindle fire and found on Amazon an app its called wendy's WW its the old points calculator and a food journal in one and i love it as I dont leave home without my kindle. I believe i paid .99 for it. and I love the meals too but have found that healthy choice has lower points food and it is better!!! There Asian inspired meals are the best!!!!!!!!!

If you are still at 197 then you would get 22-27 points per day. I hope this is helpful and good luck!!!!!

oh also forgot I lost 4 lbs this week making my total lose 17 lbs in 3 weeks!!!!
