f,51,5'7 who stuggles with weight.I have a problem with yo-yoing,and compulsive eating.Sweets and than junk foods are my weakness.As long as I stay away from them I'm ok with my eating.I'm trying to eat healthier and exercise daily 30 mins.Whould like to hear from others that also stuggle with the weight like me
sensualappel-i just read your journal.You are a hare core work out girl.Keep it up.I need to work on exercising more and harder.I'm on the lazy side about pushing myself.Right now I'm trying to get 30 mins total exercises in.Sometimes i get more.
