Hello Everyone!!!
I have been perusing this forum now for a few weeks. I have just started (yet again) a weight loss journey using only alternatives on the "ideal protein" diet. My friend Cat and her husband have had great success and I am hopeful that I will too. This week has been hard as I watch my husband shove delicious carbs into his face!!
I gave birth to a STUNNING baby girl on January 23rd and am trying to lose the rest of this baby weight!! I have 6 pregnancy pounds to go and about 15 regular ones that came after my wedding in 2010. I am a fulltime student with a full time career and exercising is the last thing on my mind.
I am here for support and to reciprocate for those who need it. I look forward to chatting with you all and sharing our successes together
