Default I need some kind of chart of food ranked by nutritional value

I know there is a database here with all the nutritional info for many different foods, but if I understand it correctly, you have to enter each food you are interested in, one at a time, and it comes back with the info.

What I am hoping for is some kind of list with THE most nutritious food as number 1, then the second-most nutritious food, etc...

I tried Googling it but I guess I am just not putting in the right kind of search terms cuz the results I'm getting aren't very helpful. Like, I'll get a site with just the top 10 foods, or a site with a gazillion foods but it's alphabetized or categorized, etc...

I figured someone here would know! Thanks!

There's too many nutrients to do something like that. I mean, you could list for most vitamin C, but that doesn't mean that the food is great in other areas like zinc.

Caloriecount does nutrition grades based on several variables. Maybe that could help you? Here's a yogurt listing for example.

Ok, I can see why it would be a difficult list to create.

I'm not looking for a scientifically-proven-absolute-best-list-of-all-time, just a general ranking of foods based on their "healthyness" + caloric content. As in, broccoli is better than cheese is better than ice cream....

That is a good website you linked to, though. Thanks!

There is a thing called Michi's ladder which is probably closer to what you're looking for:
Here's a link to a little info about it: http://www.livestrong.com/article/29...i-ladder-diet/
And here's a link to the ladder itself:

I am not a beachbody coach, but I did remember this list from one of their products and it reminded me of what you're looking for.
