Lightbulb Howdy C: from a West Texas girl!

Hey ya'll my name is Capri and I am, obviously new to this site and unfortunately new to weight loss. Any an all advise is helful. I am determined to be bikini ready by my 21st birthday! I am currently 185lbs, give or take 2-4 pounds any given day, and wish to be 145-120lbs! I got 4 months guys, I need HELP! I believe pre-packaged diets would work best considering I can't seem to stick to calorie counting. I AM READY FOR A LIFE STYLE CHANGE!!
My bottom due to my constant weight gain, +10 pounds every year for the past five yrs, was looking at my self in the mirror and seeing rolls and not tummy rolls, BACK fat rolls! At the rate I have been going I will 285 pounds in ten years! I got to put a stop to this , my health is more important.. Obeisity runs in my family my Mom topped out at 375, Dad 325, Grandpa 550, Grandma 300, Aunt 325, and uncle 425 ect.... I do not wish to drag on my struggle any longer, I MUST do something now, before I join them! Which pre-packaged diet tasted the best, was the cheapest, and the most effective for you guys!?

Welcome! Good to hear you're on the right track!

You might want to pose this question to the people who are eating the packaged meals in the packaged meals and clinics section.

I personally am on WW and don't know much about the packaged foods, but know people who have done them and it didn't go well for them (they dropped over 100 pounds and put 150 back on, because when they went off they didn't know how/what to eat anymore without having their food made for them), but that very much varies from person to person. There are lots of successful people in the boards who have done it with pre-packaged meals.

Thanks for your comments... I am still figuring out how to use this site, so haven't found that section yet... Does WW really work for you?
