Day One
Hello, this is my first day of my diet. I must say I started with some trepidation. It was difficult to accept that I would be eating processed foods of a supervised diet. I have tried a couple of diet foods before and couldn't eat them they were so bad. However, I've had breakfast and lunch and actually feel much better. The food is not so bad. I feel that I have gotten enough to eat. I don't like to weigh either so that was a big hurdle. I am looking for support here so that I stay on the diet and not cheat. Thanks, Joy
