About twice a week I NEED a diet soda so I make a stop and get a large diet Dr.Pepper. I then proceed to drink four to five sips before trashing the rest. If I get a small, since that makes more sense, I feel cheated and end up drinking the whole thing and wanting more. It's so silly! Is there anyone else with a similar story??
Ha wow that's weird. But I guess that's exactly how our brain works, we try to make our decisions rational and we want to make ourselves feel good. Silly brain. But it's good that you realize that you do this. This way you can get just the large and have a few sips and trash it and save your health!
