Default further 5.8 inches over all inchloss...........total off...
16.8 over all over inchloss since my heaviest

The scales havent been moving for a while so i sent my scales packing to my mums and im going to get weighed fortnightly. But took my measurements and in 8 weks ive lost a further 5 inches ........so im still shrinking even tho the scales arnt going down

Its nice to see that you do lose inches, even tho the scale is not moving. Good job!
