Thank you ladies. I know I've come so far, and I'm very proud of that. I was just in a rut! I had started the morning with stretching and some light dumbbells, so I was good on that front. I finished a good book that I had been reading, ate nourishing food, and went to bed early. This morning, I woke up at 5:30, got to the gym, had a good run on the treadmill, and did a little heavier lifting. I ate a good breakfast, showered and did my hair and makeup, and I feel a million times better than yesterday!
