Unhappy Just one of those days

It's nothing too specific...it's TOM and bloating, feeling tired and blah, crampy and cranky, unappreciated, and slightly overwhelmed and undermotivated, mixed in with a dash of negative body image. Like I said, just one of those days. I'm usually a pretty positive person, but today I can't muster up the energy. Positive vibes would be much appreciated! .

girl, you lost 100 pounds. are you kidding me? lol looking at your stats you reached all your goals way early!

its okay to feel not up to it every now and then. i say have a cup of tea and relax. tomorrow is another day.

personally..i've got this wisdom tooth business that has put me out of commission for a couple days. (AND i just started TOM) boyfriend keeps buying ice cream with good intentions, but..you know. i've gone through a couple pints already. still..i'm not letting it stop me. i know once i get my procedure done i'll be lucky to get soup down. and when i'm good to go i'm gonna get right back at it.

sending good vibes your way

We all have those days! My cure for them is a good book to relax with, them pounding out a little movement - just a jog in place, good stretch name it - and alternate the two. It energizes me while keeping my stress levels low, and works very nicely to be the general icky blues.

Exactly- what the other poster said- you have made some major accomplishments. Reflect on how far you've come and how hard it was- that's a serious accomplishment you've got going on there!

Thank you ladies. I know I've come so far, and I'm very proud of that. I was just in a rut! I had started the morning with stretching and some light dumbbells, so I was good on that front. I finished a good book that I had been reading, ate nourishing food, and went to bed early. This morning, I woke up at 5:30, got to the gym, had a good run on the treadmill, and did a little heavier lifting. I ate a good breakfast, showered and did my hair and makeup, and I feel a million times better than yesterday! Thanks again for the kind words and encouragement.
