Here's my situation: My husband works nights 7pm-7am a few times a week. During this time, I'm alone in the house by myself and feel COMPLETELY UNACCOUNTABLE for what I eat. I'm a shy eater around others and eating with my husband really helps. He is a light eater and how much he eats gives me a clue about when I should stop, which is great. But when he's not home, I can go kind of crazy with snacks before bed.
Any advice for keeping myself feeling accountable when I'm alone??
