So, I made my valentines goal of being in the 130s and for the last week I was celebrating presidents day while making sure that i kept my low of being in the 130s.
however, yesterday, i realized that I'm ready to keep going and meet my goal!
and i tried to shift my though of 139 being "low" to being my "starting" or "high" weight. It's sort of motivated me..
I find myself doing that almost constantly. One day, 142 is an AMAZING low. A week later, it's the new normal. A week after that, it's irritatingly high. Just goes in a constant cycle for me.
Haha, kind of like I say, I get so excited when I see a new low and I just hope it sticks the next day and the next day. But then when the next week rolls around that number is still there, it no longer sticks, it is stuck!
