So, my current binge-lust-object, sushi, called to me again today. It wouldn't be so bad if I could to healthy rolls, but, of course, I want the stuff with tempura seafood and spicy mayo. But today, after much struggling with myself, I didn't eat any!

I know my body and my pockebook will be SO happy I did that! And I have kept my diet going for a while, too, so that is something! Anyway, I was wondering if y'all have specific trigger foods? If so what are they and how do you deal with the cravings?
