I take cinnamon with my main meal, and I drink green tea.. but the green tea is only because I
love tea.
And, Eurus, suppsedly it helps your blood sugar stay even keeled and slows the rate at which your tummy digests food, so you stay full longer... Heres some info:

I also take honey once a day, a teaspoon with my other vitamins in the morning, because I feel like it keeps me from getting colds. I haven't had one in nearly 2 years, and I think it's because of this. I like that they both have antibacterial properties, and its natural. Anything to keep bacteria outta me! LOL.
