Default Enhancers?

Hello Friends!

I am chugging along calorie counting and exercising and things are going well. I leave for vacation in 96 days and would really like to lose another 25 pounds (at least) before I go.

Do any of you use enhancements for your weight loss? Are they effective?

I just went and bought myself some cinnamon to sprinkle on food and drink as well as some green tea bags to drink. I already take a daily multi-vitamin for B12. I've also set myself an hourly reminder to drink water. I bought a weight loss hypnosis app that I try to listen to 3 times a week. I also got the sleep cycle app to help me to wake up earlier and get my daughter to school earlier so I can spend more morning time at the gym. Contemplating fenugreek supplements as well. I prefer to keep things "natural" but wouldn't rule out prescription medication.

I don't really care if the effects are actual or psychological - because if I'm getting results, it works.

Anyone?

Drinking a ton of water and herbal tea (no sugar) helps me, I think!

It might be a good idea, if you're trying to lose weight relatively quickly, to do some weights (if you don't already). Helps counteract the muscle loss, I think.

Question: You said you bought cinnamon. What is cinnamon suppose to be good for? (Im just curious because I've seen other people talk about it)

I take cinnamon with my main meal, and I drink green tea.. but the green tea is only because I love tea.

And, Eurus, suppsedly it helps your blood sugar stay even keeled and slows the rate at which your tummy digests food, so you stay full longer... Heres some info: http://www.livestrong.com/article/10...nnamon-health/

I also take honey once a day, a teaspoon with my other vitamins in the morning, because I feel like it keeps me from getting colds. I haven't had one in nearly 2 years, and I think it's because of this. I like that they both have antibacterial properties, and its natural. Anything to keep bacteria outta me! LOL.
