I am here my second time. I signed up for Weight Watchers the 1st time and lost 15lbs pretty quickly...then I stopped and gained it all back and then some. So this time around I am way more committed.
This time I am setting weight loss goals with rewards. I am doing WW with a friend for motivation for both her and I. I am also setting running goals. I know I can do it because I made it a goal last year to run a 5k using the Couch to 5k Plan and succeeded on Thanksgiving Day, but of course I quit after that race was over. So, this time I am going to stick with it with the goal of running a 5k race then training for a 10k!
I am glad to be back and I am eager to see results. I love reading people success photos and seeing their results it is complete motivation to keep me going.

Nbell, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! be sure to check out the WW, C25K group, and the Regainers Relosing group.
