I've been stuck at 165 for months now, part laziness part stress from job. Ive been sick with the flu twice since November and enough is enough. Ive got to start taking care of myself I put everyone above me and it's doing me no good.
I'm gonna go back to 30 day shred mixed with 6 week 6 pack followed by jillians sculpt and tone thigh and butt
I also vow to check in daily on here. You ladies are an inspiration to me
