Question Bmr?

Okay. So this is all new to me. But,
My BMR is 1550Kcal. Meaning, I burn 1550Kcal a day without any exercise.
But it says when I work out everyday I need 2600Kcal a day.
So how many calories should I be eating while I am losing weight?

A pound of fat is equivalent to 3,500 calories, so the standard formula is to cut back by 500 calories per day to lose a pound a week, by 750 per day to lose 1.5 pounds per week, and by 1,000 per day to lose two pounds per week. If your maintenance level is 2,600 calories per day, this would mean you'd have to eat 2,100 calories per day for a weekly 1-lb loss, 1,850 for a 1.5-lb loss, and 1,600 for a 2-lb loss.

Your BMR sounds right, but I have to wonder about the 2,600 figure, which presupposes that you're VERY active. If you're only moderately active (i.e., exercising about 4-5 hours per week at moderate intensity), you should be multiplying your BMR by 1.5 to get your current maintenance requirements, so you end up with about 2,300 calories per day. Then you'd have to adjust the weight loss figures accordingly.

BMR is what it takes to have you not die. Basal metobolic rate.

Worry about AMR -- active metabolic rate.

Punch in your current stats with current exercise level and see what you get.

Unlikely those numbers are accurate. Possible though. If they are accurate you're very fortunate and weight loss is going to be fast and easy for you.

One thing to keep in mind is that all those formulas can do is estimate your caloric burn. Key word is estimate.

I started 6 weeks ago and have already lost 15.4 pounds. So it actually has been pretty fast and easy... And I havent even started counting my calories everyday yet. I tried to add up what I was eating one day, and it was pretty low. So Im just going with it.
