A pound of fat is equivalent to 3,500 calories, so the standard formula is to cut back by 500 calories per day to lose a pound a week, by 750 per day to lose 1.5 pounds per week, and by 1,000 per day to lose two pounds per week. If your maintenance level is 2,600 calories per day, this would mean you'd have to eat 2,100 calories per day for a weekly 1-lb loss, 1,850 for a 1.5-lb loss, and 1,600 for a 2-lb loss.
Your BMR sounds right, but I have to wonder about the 2,600 figure, which presupposes that you're VERY active. If you're only moderately active (i.e., exercising about 4-5 hours per week at moderate intensity), you should be multiplying your BMR by 1.5 to get your current maintenance requirements, so you end up with about 2,300 calories per day. Then you'd have to adjust the weight loss figures accordingly.
