I have a freezer food obsession, but I like the taste and healthiness of my own food for both me and my daughter. I cook and freeze EVERYTHING!

I spend entire weekends cooking (yesterday I cooked for 7 hours straight - but most of that was for the superbowl) to save me time on a daily basis. If I'm going to cook, I might as well make large amounts, portion, and freeze. Then I get the same meal I would have eaten anyway, plus 5-7 more servings for later!
I make chicken/veggie nuggets, chicken/veggie sticks, and zucchini/turkey meatballs for my little one. She loves "fun" foods and there is no way I'm going to make a plate of meatballs on a Monday night when we get home. Nope!
