Angry Bathroom Scale!

Okay, so I am going NUTS!

I weigh-in weekly, and two weeks ago my scale started messing up.
I usually weigh myself 2-3 times in a row, just to make sure I got an accurate result. Well. It started giving me different results everytime...
So for two weigh-ins that happened. And I bought a new scale.
Today I tried the new one, and it did the same thing. I think I weighed myself like 15 times on each scale today, and the result was anything from 160 to 167.

So. What the **** is going on? The result I got the most was no weight-loss to about 0.7pounds lost. But I decided not to change my weight loss results this week...

Any thoughts?
(I weight myself every morning. After using the bathroom. Naked)

Could be the floor is slightly uneven, try shifting it to a different position or turning it 90 degrees.

I've tried it in two different rooms. Different degrees. Even on tiles.

I finally got the scale to show me the same number over and over again. This was after breakfast tho. I dont know how much you can gain from eating breakfast tho, but the scale showed 1pound more than my weigh-in last week.
I didnt really expect a loss this week tho. Lets just hope I can get the scale to work right next week :P

Stop jumping on and off the scale. Weigh one time and be done with it! It will all even out in the end. You're being a little bit nuts about this...

Shittiest advice I've ever heard. When my scale is not working right, I have to get it to work before I actually can track my weight.
So I was just going to accept a 5 pound gain just because it was the first number I got? When it turned out that I had actually lost a pound this week?
Thats a 6 pound difference.. Gees..

I don't have really have any advice. But I too weigh myself twice just to make sure it's right. It's some kind of confirmation for me. I hope you figure it out.

Well, you're either gaining and losing that weight within moments or it's the scale. It's obviously the scale. Maybe you got a lemon. Get another one.

Well, I obviously dont gain 6 pounds by steping up on the scale. But its alright. I think I figured a way to get it to work right.

If you don't want shitty advice, then don't post on forums!

If your scale can't give you weight within a few tenths of a pound two times in a row, then it isn't a good scale. Getting on and off until you see a number you like isn't any more accurate! So you want to accept the 1 pound loss instead of the 5 pound gain? How do you know that's right? And no, the answer is not weighing 15 times! Be reasonable. Get yourself a different, better scale.

Does the scale sit near any electrical cable (either in the room or under the floor). EM field could throw it off.

Other than that maybe both scales use the same technology and it's just not up to the task.
