Default I'm recommitting...finally

I've been mia since Thanksgiving day. I thought I could handle the holidays fine but I couldnt and didn't. Who knows how much I've gained back, I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning.
I'm recommitting. This weekend I've been eating ph2 foods but in the morning I'm going to start Ph1. I'm really looking forward to it. I haven't been able to think clearly in a couple months and I know it's because my body is polluted with sugar. I'm looking forward to feeling better after finishing Ph1. I'm looking forward to the detox. I'm also looking forward to getting back to 3fc.

244.5, I can really do a great job at gaining. Ugh!

I've already ate my Ph 1 breakfast and I'm getting ready to get my workout on. I hope this 2 weeks goes by fast so I can get back to where I was before the horrordays.

Welcome back! When you factor in the extra water that comes from off plan eating...perhaps you only really "gained" more like 10. Thats not too bad and you'll be back where you were in no time.

Yep. I've already lost two lbs overnight. We had crack slaw for dinner tonight. It's so yummy. It almost makes up for the banging headache I've had all day.
