Omg Carb Binging.

  • Ladies, Im on a low carb diet.. but I just binged on sugar.. nutella and truffles. Now i know im gonna crave carbs like crazy.. please help!
  • Pump water. It's the best way I've found for rebounding from carbs and/or salt. Flush that system. Also eat extra lower sugar fruit (berries are great) for a day to bridge the gap. I found that helps too.
    You'll be fine.
  • Try not to panic there is no need to worry if you continue on.
  • Clean the kitchen. Get rid of whatever else there may be that's not on plan or if it belongs to someone else, put it out of sight.

    And learn to resist once at the store so you don't have to resist hundreds of times at home.
