Welcome to the Beach. Sounds like you've got everything you need to get started. Stop in the Daily thread and say hello when you can, it's a great way to start the day focused on your health. There's lots of great information, recipes, and other helpful stuff here and the Chicks are always willing to answer any questions you have.

, petgrmr78! I'm glad you decided to give SBD a try and think you'll be very pleased. We have several Beachers with diabetes who are following this plan with great success. Good luck, and we look forward to getting to know you.

I just started Phase 1 on Saturday and am surprisingly finding it quite easy. I, too, have type 2 diabetes and have been monitoring sugars, they all are in normal range even after my meals. Good luck with the program!

I don't have diabetes but I hear that SB does wonders for those who do. I just feel great mentally and physically when I eat this way. Welcome and come and post often!!
